Domino opens a new Print & Apply Center of Excellence dedicated to automatic label printing and application. Located in Malmö, Sweden, where the production center for these solutions is based, the new center is designed to welcome international manufacturers of packaging for the food, pharmaceutical, industrial and logistics sectors, for tests and demonstrations, as well as for the development of new products and solutions.
"Our new Center of Excellence dedicated to print-and-apply will help us deploy the very latest technological innovations in print-and-apply, and offer space for training and testing of print-and-apply products, both remotely and face-to-face." says Jan Lindgren, Site and Customer Operations Manager at Domino Print & Apply.
In addition to the full range of product and pallet labeling systems and applicators, the new center is equipped with two modular conveyor systems designed to mimic customer production lines for product and pallet labeling.
The new center joins Domino's other sample testing centers in Europe (UK, Germany, Netherlands), the USA and China.
