New Horizon folder for De Bourg printing works

The De Bourg printing works in Narbonne (Aude) has expanded its range of machinery with the acquisition of the Horizon AFV-566FKT folder, optimized for B2 format. Capable of 36,000 cycles/hour, this machine offers ultra-fast makereadies and advanced automation, boosting operator productivity and efficiency.

Imprimerie Jean-Bernard installs a Speedmaster XL 75

Imprimerie Jean-Bernard, based in Bondues in the Nord region of France and part of the Techniphoto group, has added a Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 75-4+L press to its fleet. Featuring PushToStop, InpressControl, IntelliLine and Autoplate Pro technologies, the new press replaces a 2011 half-format press and completes a set of four Heidelberg presses, including three Speedmaster XL 106s. This investment is aimed at improving productivity and optimizing workflows.

Unipak invests in a Komori GL544 Advance to boost production

Poland-based packaging manufacturer Unipak expands its machine park with the acquisition of a Komori GL544 Advance. "The GL544 advance introduces a new format that offers us huge advantages, allowing an additional print area of over 50% compared to B1 format, significantly increasing production efficiency and profitability." says Stanis?aw Hojny, co-owner of Unipak.

Imprimerie Solidaire boosts production with 2nd AccurioPress

Imprimerie Solidaire, an adapted company based in Martigné-sur-Mayenne, has just installed a second Konica Minolta AccurioPress C12000e digital press. This new equipment complements the first machine already in place, both being controlled by Accurio Pro Flux software.

Corlet Imprimeur installs a Ricoh Pro C9500 for cover production

Corlet Imprimeur, based in Normandy, has strengthened its machinery with the integration of a Ricoh Pro C9500 digital press. Installed in the offset department, alongside the Heidelberg XL106 and Komori LS 840 P presses, it will be dedicated to cover printing.

After a phase of installation and adjustments, this printing machine, which was presented at Drupa 2024, is now operational. The first print runs have already begun.
