Support programs are no longer limited to troubleshooting and maintenance. Fujifilm has chosen to make this a subject in its own right, by launching Make More and Aspire. These two programs combine training, operational resources and sales tools around the possibilities offered by Revoria digital presses featuring 5uper color technology.
Fujifilm is expanding its offering around Revoria presses with two schemes, Make More and Aspire, which combine training, operational resources and sales tools. The latter focuses on the exploitation of five- and six-color configurations and associated finishing effects, via 5uper color technology. Their launch will be formalized at a customer meeting at Fujifilm's European headquarters in Ratingen, Germany, on January 27 and 28.
Mark Lawn, Director of Print-on-Demand Solutions at Fujifilm EMEA, links this to customer support: "Our services and support are just as essential to our success, and that of our customers."
Make More, Fujifilm's sales support service
Make More is Fujifilm's business development tool for Revoria presses, workflows and support services. It includes tailored training and resources to help creative teams and workshops expand applications by printing on a wider range of formats, paper types and substrates.
Aspire, a section focused on colors beyond CMYK
Presented as a component of Make More, Aspire targets designers and press operators more directly. The idea is to explore five- and six-color configurations and the associated color and finishing effects possible with 5uper Colour technology. Fujifilm points out that this Aspire program is supported by resources provided by independent experts.
Live training sessions will feature real-time printing techniques and file preparation tips. Graphic designers and operators will also have access to color chart plug-ins, as well as a Fujifilm design guide.
Aspire also includes elements for sales teams: marketing materials, printed samples, profit estimation tools and training resources, to better present press capabilities and cost jobs.
The automaker will be inviting European customers to its Ratingen headquarters in Germany on January 27 and 28, to officially launch these two devices.
