Digital label forum: MGI showcases reel-to-reel finishing at École Estienne

At the Digital Label Forum 2026, MGI Digital Technology is exhibiting a digital production line with Konica Minolta, comprising AccurioLabel 230 and 400 presses, and a JetVarnish 3D Web 400.

On March 19, 2026, at the École Estienne in Paris, the Digital Label Forum will bring together suppliers and converters to discuss technical developments in labels and packaging. MGI Digital Technology, a forerunner in digital finishing technologies, will be exhibiting its latest advances in high value-added personalization and differentiation.

In this emblematic venue for training in the graphic arts and printing professions, Mgi and its partner Konica Minolta present a complete production line, combining Konica Minolta's AccurioLabel 230 and AccurioLabel 400 digital printing presses with MGI digital finishing solutions, notably the JETvarnish 3D Web 400.

The JetVarnish 3D Web 400 is the focal point of this demonstration. This reel-to-reel solution applies UV selective varnish and hot foil stamping in a single pass, using an entirely digital process. Modular, the JetVarnish 3D Web 400 adapts to converters' needs.

The 2026 edition of the Digital Label Forum focuses on automation, sustainability and the integration of technologies into production workflows.

"Our participation in this forum is part of our desire to share our vision of a more agile, more sustainable and resolutely forward-looking production", says Nicolas Venance, Communications Director at MGI Digital Technology. "We are convinced that collaborative innovation is essential to keep pace with changes in the sector."
