In 2019, the LIYU FRANCE brand presented two of its flagship large-format printers at the C!Print show in Lyon. This year, from 4th to 6th February, three models of printers plus a cutting table will be on display on the stand 2J4 of OXYGÈNE Numérique, a subsidiary of the SDAG Adhesives group and exclusive distributor for France of the LIYU brand.
OXYGÈNE Numérique of SDAG Adhesives group will unveil, for the first time in France, the Platinum Q2 hybrid and the Platinum Q CUT cutting table. These two new products will be presented with the machines that have made the company's reputation, the Platinum KC flatbed die-cutter and the 3.20m-wide UV LED roll-to-roll printer, the Platinum PCT LED.
LIYU printers, machines with a scalable configuration
The printers manufactured by LIYU are equipped with UV LED, ecosolvent and sublimation ink technologies for textile substrates.
All models are configurable and scalable: the printer defines the printheads according to his needs - Konica Minolta, Ricoh or Kyocera - as well as their number - from 4 to 16 - depending on the productivity he is looking for.
The Platinum Q2 from LIYU, versatility, quality and productivity
At C!Print 2020, OXYGENE Numérique will launch the Platinum Q2, the new UV hybrid (flatbed and roll to roll) printer with a width of 2.05m. The latest product from the Liyu plants, the Platinum Q2 is specially designed to print on a wide range of media up to 50 mm thick (aluminium, tarpaulin, wood, canvas, Forex, MDF, polycarbonate, glass, etc.).
It also offers dual tray and roll to roll functionality, quality up to 2880 dpi and excellent performance also in terms of productivity. It can be configured with Konica Minolta 1024i, Ricoh Gen5 or Kyocera printheads.
Cutting flexible and rigid substrates with the LIYU Platinum Q CUT
The new Q CUT cutting table is available in four sizes ranging from 1.6 m x 1.5 m to 3.2 m x 3.5 m.
It is perfect for the cutting needs of both flexible and rigid supports thanks to its numerous on-board tools and its conveyor system.
And its flagship products the Platinum KC and Platinum PCT LEDs
And LIYU's two major products will also be on display.
The Platinum KC flatbed table, of which more than 400 units are produced per year, is a UV LED printing table with a size of 2.50 x 1.25 m or 3.05 x 2.05 m for rigid substrates up to 100 mm thick. This printer can be equipped with up to 16 printheads - Konica Minolta or Ricoh, to achieve a speed of 110 m 2 /h with a resolution of 2880 dpi.
The Platinum PCT LED, a UV LED roll to roll printer with a width of 3.20 m, is also scalable to adapt to the productivity and quality required. Its printheads can be increased from 4 to 14, which allows it to reach up to 120 m (328 ft) 2 /h and 2880 dpi while being able to print on multiple reels.
OXYGÈNE Numérique also distributes the brands Roland, Epson, Kala, Graphtec, Summa, Fotoba, Tigertec and Bodor as well as Caldera, Flexi and Coreldraw software and RIPs.
