"This label is very much in line with our customers, many of whom are in a similar situation. But if we have committed ourselves, it is because this label corresponds to our values. In fact, since its launch, we've really seen an internal craze." explains Emily Pornet, the Executive Director of Multisigne.

The choice of three priority issues for Multisigne

The printing company is at the beginning of the process, which has four levels of validation, with three key issues to work on for each.

The printing plant has already passed the first level by working on the following three points: the implementation of its corporate policy and strategy, the skills of its employees and the knowledge and attractiveness of the profession.

The head of the company points out: "Print'Ethic has already enabled us to structure enormously everything that has been put in place for several years and to deploy new actions".

For example, Multisigne regularly welcomes trainees and makes numerous company visits. Moreover, last September, the digital printing plant welcomed a film crew from CREPI Touraine (a regional club of companies that are partners in integration) for the production of a short film on the profession of digital operator made by jobseekers. And the video was broadcast on France 3.

"Then we have to work on the other issues, because we have audits and monitoring nonetheless to keep this label alive." The printing company expects to reach the fourth and final level of Print'Ethic within three or four years.
