The online printer Realisaprint.com, aimed at resellers, is doubling its production area with the acquisition of the former Smurfit Kappa premises in Contes, in the hinterland of Nice. With these new buildings, covering an area of 3500 m2, the printer now has a total production area of 7000 m2.
In this year turned upside down by the health crisis, Realisaprint.com managed to perform well with a significant increase in the number of orders, which resulted in a growth of +18%. 10 million in sales in 2020 and continues to establish itself as a major player in the sector. The new investments made by the company confirm this trend.
An ultra-modern machine park
By doubling its production surface area, Realisaprint.com is responding to market demand and the growth of its activity. "?Nous let's invest in new, state-of-the-art machinery to save productivity, time and performance?." explains Marine Desboudard, marketing project manager at Realisaprint.com.
The investments consist of both the renewal of the current machine park and the acquisition of new machines. "?Cette new unit allows us to continue to control production internally and especially in France?" says Marine Desboudard.
Creation of new positions in France and development of the product range
The acquisition of these new premises will also enable the company to create employment: approximately 25 jobs for the year 2021. Realisaprint.com currently has 75 full-time permanent employees divided between the production unit and the offices. The company has recruited 18 people in 2020 alone.
At the same time, the company continues to develop its product range. "?Nos customers are very fond of new things. We have expanded the range enormously in recent years. These new acquisitions will enable us to expand even further and open up new markets. A major new product will be unveiled in a few months.
