New printing and cutting solutions with HP Latex

The new HP Print and Cut Plus series - three print and cut solutions and two cut-only solutions - accurately identifies and cuts print jobs with its improved optical positioning system.

HP is launching a new line of HP Latex printing and cutting products, HP Latex Print and Cut Plus (replacing HP Latex Print and Cut).

Designed for signage and decorative production, the new HP Latex Plus range includes the HP Latex 335 Print and Cut Plus (163 cm wide), HP Latex 315 Print and Cut Plus (137 cm), HP Latex 115 Print and Cut Plus (137 cm) and the HP Latex 64 Plus Cutting Solution (158 cm wide), HP Latex 54 Plus Cutting Solution (135 cm) and HP Latex 54 Basic Plus Cutting Solution (135 cm).

All of these solutions are equipped with the latest RIP software and have completely redesigned cutters that are easier to use, thanks in part to their revised touch screen controls.

HP has equipped them with a new optical positioning system (OPOS) that allows for very precise cutting. The cutter scans the inner black lines along the print job and makes additional measurements, using barcodes on the printed media.

The Latex 64 Plus and 54 Plus cutting plotters offer a higher cutting force of up to 600 gr.

The machines are fed by roll media (roll delivery optional), and are compatible with banners, self-adhesive vinyl, film, paper, wall coverings, canvas, fabric and mesh.

The possible applications for this equipment are numerous, ranging from labels and stickers, to floor prints, window stickers, vehicle markings and customizable clothing.

This new series is compatible with the Latex 700 and 800 just released .
