New premises, new machines, new organization, PrintOclock shows a beautiful dynamics for the re-entry.

It is a year full of renewal and rebounds for PrintOclock. The online printing company announces the move of its workshop as well as its DTP department to new and bigger premises in Toulouse. The move was completed in early August. All employees are currently on site and the new machines have been installed.

Despite the many ups and downs inherent in a move of this magnitude, the printing plant was able to maintain deadlines and production of its 600 or so daily orders.

400 m2 of additional space and investments

The workshop has been completely renovated. With an additional 400 m2, it now has a total of 1600 m2 to accommodate the employees and the entire machine park.

In particular, new presses have arrived in the digital division. PrintOclock took advantage of a doubled surface to acquire a Konica 14000, which comes to add to the two existing machines: the C14000 and the C6100.

The company also invested in a new complete broaching system, a Duplo 600i solution. "This investment will allow us to increase our volume, optimize our production process for small formats (especially A5) and double our capacity for stitched brochures ", explains the printer.

PrintoClock has also acquired a new, more ergonomic cutter, the Polar N78+. As for signage and advertising objects, the company can count on its Agfa and Mimaki fleet.

The printing company also announced the upcoming launch of new products from its Toulouse workshop.

New organization and consolidation of services

The move allows PrintOclock to consolidate the file processing department with production. Since July, the DTP is fully integrated into the manufacturing process of the printers, explains the company. Eight employees were able to join the refurbished premises.

The graphic and technical knowledge is thus grouped together. "For each of your custom quotes, the file processing division will be able to go against its technical operators and find out the feasibility of your project.»

Finally, the workshop still has a few small unoccupied rooms... It seems that some projects are under consideration. To be continued..
