Our contribution will be organizational and technological" says Gérard Autajon, who runs the 4100-person group with his two sons, Roman and Robin.

This new acquisition is part of the growth dynamic relaunched in 2022 by the group's management, whose strategy is to be "a global player with a local presence in all the industrial segments that correspond to [the] know-how of the group.

Autajon, which has a turnover of over 600 million euros, now has 38 companies, including 20 outside France (Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Belgium, Italy, China, etc.).
