Long-standing Fujifilm customer Emmerson Press, a commercial offset and digital printer based in Kenilworth, UK, has just placed an order for the brand's brand-new ApeosPro C press.
This CMYK toner press, launched last April, will replace another toner machine that has reached the end of its life.
Faithful to Fujifilm plates for almost twenty years, the company, which has 15 employees, was already in 2016 the first printing works in the UK to install the Jet Press 720S, then in 2019 the first to invest in the Jet Press 750S.
Jamie Emmerson, director of Emmerson Press, states: "After studying the market, the ApeosPro C appeared to be the ideal choice. We'd been following it for some time, but had to wait patiently for its official launch in the UK in April (...)" . The order form for an ApeosPro C810 was signed in May.
This model is the fastest of the three-machine ApeosPro range. The C810 reaches 81 ppm in A4 format. Its resolution is 2,400 x 2,400 dpi, and it handles paper sizes from 100 x 148 mm to A3, and weights from 52 to 350.
The executive explains: "The press will enable us to produce a wide range of new applications, including very short-run jobs that need to be run instantly. We'll also be using it as a desktop printer, which will help reduce costs and optimize efficiency. The small format is very useful and, overall, the price, combined with the quality offered, makes this a truly exceptional machine that more than justifies the investment. "
