The DC-F100 from Duplo, the folding system that extends the capabilities of the DC-618 and DC-648

Together, the DC-618 or DC-648 slitting and creasing system and the DC-FC100 create an automated production line for cutting, slitting, creasing, micro-perforating and folding.

After the launch of duplo DBM700 pinning system duplo presents the DC-F100 bending module. Designed to eliminate bottlenecks, the DC-F100 in-line module extends the capabilities of the brand's DC-618 and DC-648 slitting and creasing systems.

Integrated in-line with one of these guillotine cutters, the DC-F100 provides a complete finish for a variety of documents, such as greeting cards, flyers, business cards, easels and menus, in a single pass.

The new Duplo module is optimized for the most common folds: V-fold (top/bottom), C-fold, Z-fold, double parallel fold and window fold. It handles media from 110 to 400Â g/m2 and the system accepts sheets up to one meter long, enabling 3-panel applications. There's no need to install a separate device; it automatically configures itself with all other modules.

Job identification and set-up are automated thanks to the CCD sensor's ability to read printed barcodes. The system can also read registration marks and correct sheet-to-sheet image offset, both horizontally and vertically.
