Printing consumables supplier Flint Group expands its DayGraphica blanket range with two new sheetfed offset products, DayGraphica 4300 and DayGraphica 7100, developed to deliver longer service life and high print quality.
Roy van der Pijl, sales manager for Flint's offset packaging solutions, said: "In today's sheetfed market, speed and cost are more critical than ever. Printers need blankets they can rely on. (..) Both blankets have been designed to offer exceptional crush resistance and outstanding ink transfer and color reproduction, and have proven themselves under the most demanding test conditions."
The DayGraphica 4300 offset blanket has been designed for both traditional UV curing lamps and UV led sheet applications, thanks to its micro-ground surface.
Its thick compressible layer ensures uniform pressure across a wide range of press and format configurations.
As for the DayGraphica 7100 blanket, it combines the possibility of printing with conventional and UV inks. Its surface layer guarantees excellent ink transfer and halftones, according to its manufacturer.
Flint assures us that both blankets have very high crush and rebound recovery characteristics.
