Cartonnages Mayennais invests in innovation with Kolbus
Cartonnages Mayennais, based in La Gravelle near Laval (Mayenne), recently acquired two Kolbus BX Motion Pro case erectors. These state-of-the-art machines, the first of their kind to be installed in France, deliver significant productivity gains thanks to reduced set-up times. According to Patrick Fontvielle, head of the company, these machines also offer greater flexibility and new case design possibilities.
A new dual-purpose machine at Wauters (91)
The Wauters Group has strengthened its expertise with the installation, in early October 2024, of a dual-purpose machine at its Ile-de-France site. This equipment combines hot foil stamping and embossing, offering high-quality finishes. The Clichy-based printer invests in a reconditioned Nyala LED flatbed printer from swissQprint. This printer combines reliability, economy and durability. With a table size of 3.20 x 2 m, a speed of up to 100 m²/h and specific inks (white, varnish, light cyan), ProPlan gains access to new markets while reducing lead times.
