Picourt Group announces two new investments to boost capacity

The Etiq'Alp site welcomes a new HP digital press, designed to guarantee exceptional colorimetric accuracy and high-quality prints. Capable of reproducing all Pantones, it enhances the range of products on offer with fluorescent and metallic inks and luminescent varnishes, perfect for a variety of applications: self-adhesive labels, shelf strips, edge bands and paper flowpacks. This technology, which complies with food standards, opens up new prospects in the food and retail sectors.

The Valmy site is equipped with a Koenig & Bauer offset press, combining traditional and UV printing. This hybrid press is ideal for demanding projects, from folding cartons to laminated media and solid board packaging. Its ability to produce short and medium runs with instant colorimetric control guarantees high performance and enhanced flexibility.

Passion Graphic expands fleet with Canon Colorado M printer

Passion Graphic has just acquired the latest large-format Canon Colorado M series White printer. Designed for UVgel technology, this modular printer boasts advanced features such as FLXfinish?, enabling rapid alternation between matte and gloss finishes without the need to change ink or media. Ultima Displays expands its print fleet with the arrival of its fifth HP Stitch textile printer. The HP Stitch is a large-format dye-sublimation textile printer. It can print directly on fabric or via transfer paper, making it suitable for a variety of applications such as interior decoration, sportswear, fashion and flexible signage. Featuring a print head with native 1,200 dpi resolution, it ensures high-quality renderings. Its design facilitates media loading and maintenance, optimizing productivity. For over twenty-five years, Ultima Displays has distinguished itself as a designer and manufacturer of large-format layout and communication solutions.

A Speedmaster XL 106 press being installed at Imp'Act Imprimerie (34)

Imp'Act Imprimerie reinforces its machine park with the installation of a Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 106 press, scheduled to be operational in 2025. Capable of handling formats up to 750 mm × 1,060 mm, this sheet-fed offset press reaches an output of 18,000 sheets per hour, optimizing both perfecting and perfecting performance. Suitable for a wide range of substrates (0.03 to 1.00 mm thick), it meets the demands of a market in search of speed and quality. Located in Saint-Martin-de-Londres, Hérault, Imp'Act Imprimerie has also invested in a Heidelberg Polar PACE 137 cutting line, featuring advanced automation. This system enables 4 to 6-sided squaring without manual intervention, thanks to an Autoturn turning gripper and an automatic trim removal device. With a capacity of 25,000 to 30,000 sheets/hour, this line considerably reduces operator drudgery while improving productivity. A fully automated Heidelberg TH66 folder completes the workshop. Equipped with two motorized pocket stations and a pallet feeder, it reduces makeready times by storing production parameters.
