You offer different services to increase the communication efficiency of decentralized companies and distribution networks: can you explain what your service is and how it works?

Since 2007, GraphiSolutions has been a pioneer in providing online communication solutions. We develop for each brand, company or trade name a dedicated online store including communication supports and multi-channel communication services that it makes available to its internal or franchised customers. This is designed according to the company's communication objectives and allows each user to adapt the media to his or her own identity while respecting the brand's graphic charter. All constraints are taken into account in order to develop a tailor-made solution that integrates perfectly into the company's operations. A platform brings together stationery, administrative documents, POS, goodies, local and institutional communication and marketing services (distribution in mailboxes, addressed mail, sms, e-mailing)

For example, an establishment or point of sale will be able to order its local promotion flyer, personalised with its own visuals and have it printed in the desired quantity. GraphiSolutions completes its offer with communication services such as automatic distribution in mailboxes or the sending of addressed mail. All these operations are possible thanks to a simple control interface, organized in themes in which each user visualizes the products in his catalogue.

We therefore offer central marketing departments a structuring solution to steer their national and local communication operations and offer users - who are not specialists in communication techniques - a qualitative, effective experience. The prices offered to users are net, everything is included: personalization, printing, logistics, services.

Who are your providers?

We are a French company and 99% of our suppliers are located in France. Each of our service providers has a specific know-how. Any new request allows us to widen the panel of our offer and to integrate new skills. We select our partners rigorously and only work with real specialists in their activity; moreover, we require them to be labelled and to respect environmental rules. Quality and deadlines are the priorities to obtain the greatest satisfaction of our customers and users.

Your solutions are available to very large companies and networks: in which sectors of activity?

We work in a wide variety of sectors such as hotels, car maintenance, real estate, industry, services, communication, energy, health, funeral homes, distribution, etc. Our core target group is made up of companies with more than a hundred sites in France or Europe. The experience gained with each of our clients allows us to broaden the scope of our proposals and solutions for mutual benefit.

We currently handle 10,000 orders per day from a database of 30,000 documents from 100,000 active users, with a growth rate of 15-20% per year
