The Attiro gummer for violet newspaper printing plates can now be upgraded with a cleaning module that considerably reduces the gummer's maintenance frequency.
Agfa's Attiro cleaning module requires newspaper printers to clean their Attiro gummer only after 12,000 m (12,000 ft.) 2 of printing plates. For the majority of users, complete cleaning is only necessary three or four times a year.

"Our workload and costs are reduced, and we use less product to clean the developer. A simple press of the Attiro gumball machine screen will perform the two automated intermediate cleanings."
