The ergonomic and intuitive interface of the ZCC allows to save precious time on the whole job, from loading to unloading, using the customizable treatment processes :
- optimization of the tool path ;
- reduced unloading time by automatic cutting of scraps according to a configurable format;
- automatic blade check frequency ;
- straight cut of a roll at the end of a job;
- conveyor advance programmed to evacuate the last page;
- message to the operator to remind him of an action to be taken ;
- adjustable stop time during weeding by the operator in case of a half-face cut;
- as many operations that can be added to a production to facilitate its overall processing (loading, cutting and unloading).
Cut Queue, a real production manager
The Cut Queue function, delivers an accurate estimation of the cutting time and the possibility to group several jobs by type of material or cut. It also allows to associate a printed file to a cutting file thanks to the barcode and/or QR code function. The display of the status of the machine during execution allows to analyze its performance (production time, set-up time, machine stop time) and to export these data to an ERP .
Cut Editor improves productivity
Cut Editor is equipped with the basic tools of Illustrator and allows you to correct or create a simple cutting layout without the need for the design department.
The Dashboard function, for connected machines
This dashboard, installed on the customer's network to ensure total data security, displays on a web page the production statistics of the machines in real time. It is possible to obtain a visibility on the duration of its choice.
