Thanks to a collaboration with Polar's packaging and post-press subsidiary, Dienst, this line combines different production steps. The line is based on the LabelSystem DC-12 Plus, a die-cutting system that reaches 1440 bundles/hour, and has been enriched with numerous automation elements.
In addition to the speed of cutting and packaging, productivity is increased thanks to the format changes that can be done in only 15 minutes and the diagnosis and maintenance that can be done remotely.
