The TASKalfa Pro 15000c, Kyocera's high-productivity inkjet printer

Looking to position itself as a leader in the production inkjet printing industry, Japanese manufacturer Kyocera is hitting hard with its first production inkjet printer.

Inkjet technology is disrupting the production printing market with its flexibility, print quality and cost. According to Smithers Pira research, inkjet technology will drive the growth of digital printing as early as 2023.

"Inkjet combines the advantages of digital technology, such as speed and variable data printing, with the high-volume capabilities of offset presses, analyses the Japanese manufacturer Kyocera. This allows users to produce personalized content in large quantities and in appropriate ways, a valuable asset for many industries looking to improve the customer experience."

With more than 60 years of experience in electronics and a recognized know-how in the printing industry, the Japanese company has chosen to contribute to this revolution by launching its own range of high-volume printers. Its first model is the TASKalfa Pro 15000c color inkjet press, and to conquer the production printing market, Kyocera is hitting hard.

The TASKalfa Pro 15000c, one of the fastest color inkjet printers on the market

The TASKalfa Pro 15000c color inkjet machine offers remarkable productivity: with a warm-up time of only 60 seconds and a first print in 5.5 seconds and a speed of 150 A4 color pages per minute even on thick paper, the TASKalfa Pro 15000c is among the fastest printers on the market and can produce up to one million prints per month

The TASKalfa Pro 15000c color inkjet printer has been carefully designed to minimize the number of moving parts. In addition, it requires minimal maintenance. This means that the risk of malfunction and paper jams is greatly reduced, and if a component should fail, repair is simple.

"On some devices, repairs require removing or replacing many components. On Kyocera printers, however, you only replace the defective part, which results in huge savings and prevents downtime within companies." emphasizes the manufacturer.

With this machine, Kyocera's goal is clearly stated: to position itself as a leader in the production inkjet printing industry.
