Here is the agenda of the 2023 graphic arts fairs

To make sure you don't miss any of the events in the printing, packaging and visual communication sector, here is the list of this year's biggest trade fairs for European graphic arts professionals.

Fespa, Labelexpo... the year 2023 will be marked by several major graphic arts exhibitions. We have compiled a list of the main events for the printing, large format and packaging industries in Europe this year.

JANUARY 2023

Paris Packaging Week 2023 (France)
wednesday 25 and Thursday 26 January, at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles

Paris Packaging Week brings together four events: ADF, PCD, PLD and Packaging Première which are dedicated to aerosol, beauty, premium beverage and luxury packaging respectively.
More than 630 exhibitors specialized in packaging are announced.

C!Print 2023 (France)
from Tuesday January 31 to Thursday February 2, at Lyon Eurexpo

C!Print, a trade show for visual communication, digital printing and textile printing, is now in its 10th year.
In 2022, the event brought together 11,827 visitors and 251 exhibitors.

FEBRUARY 2023

Hunkeler Innovationdays (Switzerland)
from Monday, February 27 to Thursday, March 2, at the Lucerne Exhibition Center

This biennial event brings together the players in the digital printing and finishing industry.
Automation is the theme of this fourteenth edition.
In 2019, 6500 visitors from 100 countries came to the show (6000 from 50 countries in 2017).

MARCH 2023

CFIA Rennes 2023 (France)
from Tuesday 14 to Thursday 16 March, at the Rennes exhibition center

This event is aimed at food industry professionals, bringing together exhibitors specializing in ingredients and intermediate food products (IFAs), equipment and processes, as well as packaging and containers.
The 25th edition, which took place in March 2022, welcomed 1,600 exhibitors and 18,800 visitors

ICE Europe, InPrint Munich and CCE International (Germany)
from Tuesday 14 to Thursday 16 March, in Munich

The three shows will be held together.
ICE Europe is dedicated to the transformation of materials in reel form (paper, film, foil and nonwovens).
InPrint Munich is the international trade fair for printing technologies for industrial manufacturing. And CCE International is dedicated to the corrugated and folding carton industry, covering the entire supply chain in the production and processing of cardboard and corrugated board.
10,000 visitors were received in the previous edition.

Sign & Digital UK (United Kingdom)
tuesday, March 21 to Thursday, March 23, at the NEC, Birmingham

Sign & Digital UK is a trade show for the visual communications industry.
Almost 4,000 visitors came to the 2021 edition.

APRIL 2023

Empack 2023 (Netherlands)
wednesday 5 and Thursday 6 April, at Brabanthallen Den Bosch in Den Bosch

This packaging exhibition has become the largest in the region of Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
The Empack NL 2019 edition attracted 7,200 visitors.

UK Food & Drink Shows (United Kingdom)
monday 24 to Wednesday 26 April, at the NEC in Birmingham

The UK Food & Drink Shows brings together Food & Drink Expo, Farm Shop & Deli Show, Foodex Manufacturing Solutions and National Convenience Show which encompass the food development, manufacturing, grocery, retail, wholesale and restaurant sectors.

WrapFest (UK)
thursday 26 and Friday 27 April, at Silverstone

Organized by the Fespa association in the city of the British F1 Grand Prix, this first edition of WrapFest brings together 10 suppliers of vehicle wrapping (Hexis, 3M, Avery Dennison, APA, Grafityp, Spandex, William Smith, Surfex, HP and Metamark). During two days, visitors will be able to attend numerous covering demonstrations and discover adhesive films, tools and accessories dedicated to wrapping in the exhibition area.

MAY 2023

Interpack 2023 (Germany)
thursday, May 4 to Wednesday, May 10, in Düsseldorf

This major packaging exhibition brings together professionals from the food, beverage, bakery and confectionery, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, non-food products and industrial goods sectors.
More than 2,800 exhibitors and 170,500 visitors came to the last edition.

Fespa Global Print Expo 2023 and European Signage Expo (Germany)
from Tuesday 23 to Friday 26 May at Messe Munich

Europe's leading trade fair for large format printing and textile printing, Fespa Global Print Expo 2023, will be held in conjunction with European Signage Expo 2023, a trade fair for non-print and visual communications.
Together they attracted 11,647 unique visitors in 2021.

JUNE 2023

Luxe Pack Special Edition (France)
wednesday June 7 and 8, at the Carreau du temple in Paris

This special edition of Luxe Pack is dedicated to sustainable packaging.
2âeuros026 visitors responded present at the previous meeting.

SEPTEMBER 2023

Labelexpo Europe 2023 (Belgium)
from Monday 11 to Thursday 14 September, at Brussels Expo

Labelexpo Europe is the world's largest event for the label and packaging printing industry.
This exhibition attracts each year nearly 40,000 visitors from all over the world.

OCTOBER 2023

Luxe Pack Monaco (Monaco)
from Monday 2 to Wednesday 4 October, at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco

Also held in Los Angeles, New York and Shanghai, this show is specialized in luxury packaging.
Luxe Pack Monaco 2021 had gathered nearly 8,000 visitors and 450 exhibitors.

Viscom Italia (Italy)
from Wednesday 4 to Friday 6 October, at the Rho-fieramilano exhibition center in Milan

Viscom Italia is an international event dedicated to visual communication professionals. The previous 33rd edition, held in October 2022, welcomed 15,000 visitors and 300 international brands.

Miac 2023 (Italy)
from Wednesday 11 to Friday 13 October, at the Lucca exhibition center

The Mostra Internazionale dell'Industria Cartaria (Miac) is dedicated to technologies and machines for the production of paper and cardboard and for the transformation of tissue paper.
250 companies are announced at the time of writing.

NOVEMBER 2023

Empack Madrid (Spain)
wednesday 29 and Thursday 30 November, at IFEMA in Madrid

Empack is dedicated to the packaging production chain, including materials, packaging itself, production technologies and services for the industry.
The last edition, which took place in October 2022, attracted 10,000 visitors.
