Autajon strengthens its presence in Switzerland with Ronquoz Graphix

With this new acquisition, Autajon aims to ensure local production of label and printing solutions in the canton of Valais.

Autajon, the French label and packaging printing group with over 4,000 employees, expands with a new company, Ronquoz Graphix. Based in Switzerland, near Sion in the canton of Valais, Ronquoz Graphix is a small, high-quality commercial printer run by Gregg Mabillard, son of the founder.

For several years, Autajon, present in 11 countries, has been advising this family-run business "on a human scale to its Swiss customers who had requests for commercial work," explains Sophie Jungers, marketing manager for the Autajon group.

The company is located not far from the Autajon Packaging Säuberlin & Pfeiffer site, dedicated to labels and packaging. By joining the group, Ronquoz Graphix, which until now has produced a small number of labels, will be able to expand its offering to meet the needs of the region's winegrowers, benefiting from the support of Autajon Packaging Säuberlin & Pfeiffer.

In order to strengthen this segment alongside commercial printing, the company and all its employees will be moving to a larger building, still based in the canton of Valais. The search for the ideal site is currently underway.

Ronquoz Graphix is also set to benefit from machine investments. "An initial analysis was carried out when the two sites merged. Today, the analysis continues with our in-house research and development teams to determine the best machine park to develop the business", explains Sophie Jungers.

Gregg Mabillard, Ronquoz Graphix's managing director, remains in charge of Ronquoz Graphix.

"This new local presence is part of our approach to providing high-quality support and services to a demanding clientele in search of performance" autajon emphasizes.
