Based in the Netherlands, this dedicated inkjet center will enable printers to discover Screen solutions for commercial printing, labels and flexible packaging, as well as CTP, all in one place.

Japanese manufacturer Screen's European subsidiary now has a new headquarters and demonstration center. Known as the Inkjet Innovation Center (IIC), the facility is located in Aalsmeer, the Netherlands, near Schiphol airport, and houses an exhibition and demonstration area, as well as an innovation center dedicated to inkjet technology.

Inaugurated last month with 100 guests and in the presence of Eiji Kakiuchi, President of Screen, and Yukiyoshi Tanaka, President of Screen Graphic Solutions, as well as the Mayor of Aalsmeer, the IIC is more than twice the size of Screen Europe's previous headquarters, which had been located in Amstelveen for 40 years.

In the 2,000 m 2 at the new IIC, visitors can discover Screen's three ranges of inkjet printing solutions: Truepress Jet machines for commercial printing and direct mail, Truepress Label presses for label printing, and the new Truepress Pac range for flexible packaging. The new IIC also showcases Screen's CTP range.

"In addition to showcasing our growing range of digital printers, the Inkjet Innovation Center will serve as a hub for digital printing innovations. Working closely with our software and finishing partners, our aim is to provide our customers with end-to-end printing solutions, offering a glimpse into the future of the printing industry." said Osamu Yamagata, President of Screen Europe.
