One of the highlights of this partnership is the seamless integration between SCREEN's EQUIOS software and CERM's MIS system. This automation begins as soon as an order is received, with the creation of a JDF file, which automatically configures the press parameters. This process considerably reduces the need for human intervention, limiting the operator's role to simple monitoring. Integration continues throughout the process, with real-time feedback enabling constant optimization of performance, ink and substrate consumption, and production speeds.
