Screen Europe will preview the Truepress Jet 520NX-AD at Hunkeler Innovationdays 2025, February 24-27, 2025 in Lucerne, Switzerland. Designed for transactional printers and direct mail specialists, this high-speed inkjet press promises significant productivity gains and advanced quality management.
Truepress Jet 520NX-AD, increased speed and precision
This model achieves a print speed of 225 m/min, compared with 150 m/min for the Truepress Jet 520NX, and uses Truepress Ink NP high-density pigment ink. It can handle light substrates from 40 g/m².
The Truepress Jet 520NX-AD also incorporates the JetInspection system for real-time quality control. This system provides real-time, page-by-page print tracking thanks to a unique CBN (Customer Batch Number) coding system for total traceability.
The press is also equipped with an automatic nozzle cleaning function that reduces the operator's workload, and an advanced nozzle control function for precise quality correction.

In addition to the Truepress Jet 520NX-AD, Screen Europe will be exhibiting other solutions for digital printing and workflow optimization.
