The 2025 edition of Hunkeler Innovationdays promises to be a must-attend event for industrial printing and document management professionals. Among the exhibitors will be RISO, which will be showcasing its latest technological advances, including its VALEZUS high-speed inkjet printing systems, combined with optimized finishing solutions for inserting and professional booklet production.
ExpeJet: high-performance printing and inserting
One of the printing solutions in RISO's VALEZUS range is the T2200, designed for demanding production environments. It pushes the limits of inkjet printing with a speed of 330 A4 duplex pages per minute, and offers a total feed capacity of 9,500 sheets, ensuring continuous production without frequent interruptions.
Combined with the Sirius system from Pitney Bowes, the VALEZUS T2200 is an all-in-one solution for automated printing and inserting: ExpeJet. This innovation optimizes postal production workflows, speeding up operations while minimizing floor space. Its simple integration ensures rapid commissioning and immediate productivity improvements.
Plockmatic: booklet production
For booklet production applications, RISO will present the VALEZUS T1200 coupled with the Plockmatic PL450 finishing module. The VALEZUS T1200 is a compact model, capable of printing up to 165 A4 pages per minute, with a feed capacity of 8,000 sheets. The system formed by the Valezus T1200 and the Plockmatic enables the production of stapled and folded booklets, with a processing capacity of up to 50 sheets, or 200 pages. Suitable for short runs, this equipment is ideal for printers looking to diversify their offering with a quality finish.
