RISO at the heart of innovation at C!Print
From February 4 to 6, 2025, RISO will be taking part in C!Print, the must-attend event for professionals in the graphic arts and visual communications industries. The show, renowned for its focus on innovation and sustainability, will enable RISO to showcase its cutting-edge solutions, designed to meet today's challenges of efficiency, versatility and eco-responsibility. On their stand 1C14 visitors will be able to discover first-hand RISO's productivity-enhancing technologies and the various customization offerings for printing applications.
Robot printer: the automated printing plant of tomorrow
The printing robot, dubbed "the world's smallest printing press", will be one of the main attractions at C!Print 2025. Developed in collaboration with R&D Technology, this innovation embodies the future of unit printing, taking care of the complete automation of the process, from printing to folding to bookbinding, all with professional quality.
This solution enables a book to be produced in just 5 minutes, considerably reducing production times. Currently being tested by Paris-based publisher Lys Bleu, the printing robot combines RISO inkjet printing technology, which ensures reliable printing of the book's corpus, with an automated finishing system. Its compact format makes it a space-saving solution that can easily be integrated into a bookshop or small space.
The robot is designed to be easy to use, without the need for advanced technical skills. A bookseller or employee can quickly learn to operate the machine, making the technology accessible to a wide range of professionals.
In environmental terms, the printing robot is fully in line with RISO's eco-responsible strategy. By enabling on-demand unit production, it eliminates the need for large quantities of storage and considerably reduces logistical transport. It also reduces unsold stock and returns. This approach contributes to a significant reduction in carbon footprint.
RISO's cold printing technology guarantees energy savings of up to 91% compared with traditional laser systems. What's more, it emits no ozone, preserving air quality in the working environment.
The printing robot embodies the future of on-demand printing. With the ability to produce personalized books in real time, directly on site, it opens up new prospects for industry professionals, enabling them to meet growing expectations for personalization, responsiveness and environmental responsibility.
Perfect Binder: High-speed printing and binding
The Perfect Binder is another highlight of this edition. This automated binding module simplifies and accelerates the production of documents such as booklets, catalogs or manuals. Capable of processing up to 62 booklets per hour with a thickness of up to 3 cm, it integrates printing, assembly and perfect binding. An ideal solution for printers looking to offer high-quality finished products while reducing lead times.
Integlide: a pioneering solution for on-demand printing
Among the flagship innovations presented, the Integlide uses RISO inkjet technology. Specially designed for on-demand printing on cardboard, this machine offers unprecedented flexibility, responding to the growing need for personalization in the packaging and logistics industries. With optimum performance, it combines speed and reliability while maintaining a low environmental impact, in line with RISO's sustainable commitments.

FT5430: performance for envelope printing
The FT5430 also stands out as an essential solution for printers. Equipped with RISO inkjet technology, this machine prints up to 140 pages per minute while guaranteeing exceptional quality. Its unique ability to handle envelopes, with or without windows, makes it versatile, enabling professionals to diversify their services while optimizing their operations.
