Smag becomes exclusive distributor of MPS presses for France

French label finishing systems expert Smag has signed an exclusive agreement with Dutch flexo press specialist MPS. This partnership, sealed on September 25, 2024, positions Smag as the official distributor of MPS solutions on the French market. MPS, which is looking to strengthen its presence in the region, sees in Smag a key ally, recognized for its mastery of the sector and shared values. This collaboration enables MPS to reinforce its services to French printers already equipped with its machines.

Antalis takes over Poitoo Adhésifs and strengthens its visual communication offering

Antalis, European distributor of paper, packaging and visual communication solutions, announces the acquisition of Poitoo Adhésifs. Specializing in large-format media and printing machines, Poitoo Adhésifs will achieve sales of 16.5 million euros in 2023 and has over 3,000 customers. This acquisition enables Antalis to strengthen its presence in the car wrapping and interior decoration markets, while expanding its portfolio with brands such as Coala, Avery and Orafol.

Durand Imprimeurs (76) renews its Print Environnement 2024-2026 certification

Durand Imprimeurs, with sales of 5.5 million euros and 27 employees, has had its Print Environnement certification renewed until 2026, confirming its commitment to sustainable printing. Founded in 1832, the company favors eco-responsible practices: choice of environmentally-friendly paper, optimization of resources, controlled sorting and disposal of waste, and ongoing awareness-raising of environmental issues among its teams.
