Cottet Imprimeur installs a Duplo cutting table
The Cottet printing works, based in Carpentras (Vaucluse), has just installed a PFI Blade B2 digital cutting table supplied by Duplo France. Ready for immediate production, this stand-alone solution equipped with software developed in-house enables the workshop to diversify its finishing operations and gain in responsiveness.
Inessens installs three Domino K300s
The Inessens group, specialized in high-end labels, has installed three Domino K300 monochrome inkjet printers at its Imprimerie Bidoit site in Cognac (Charente). This new step reinforces the group's capabilities in variable data printing, notably 2D codes, in response to European legislation on wine labeling. The K300 enables high-resolution printing (600 dpi) at up to 250 m/min, ideal for personalized labels in flexo printing. Inessens has been working with Domino since 2005.
Cartonnages Girard installs the 3000th Speedmaster XL105/XL106
The 3000th Speedmaster XL105/XL106 press has been installed in France at Cartonnages Girard in Le Teil, Ardèche. A member of the LGR Packaging group, Cartonnages Girard specializes in offset-printed cardboard packaging.
Capable of speeds of up to 21,000 sheets/hour, this top-of-the-range Heidelberg sheet-fed offset press allows complex configurations of up to 20 units, and benefits from the Push to Stop concept and intelligent assistants developed by the German manufacturer.
A Domino for Albert Bichot wines
Wine producer Albert Bichot, which inaugurated its new industrial site in Beaune, Côte-d'Or, has installed a Domino solution dedicated to the identification and marking of carton packs for its products.
Megatop invests in a Bacciottini creasing and folding solution
Offset and digital printer Megatop, based in Naintré in the Vienne region of France, has just acquired an Oxo Multiskill converting machine, a compact, automated machine combining creasing and folding in a single pass from Italian manufacturer Bacciottini.
This model accepts weights from 80 to 600 g, processes up to 9,000 sheets/hour, and offers a standard format of 50 x 70 cm (extendable to 100 cm). With its quick-change tooling system, it can also perforate sheets.
