Alket Editions and GB Façonnage join the group in July 2020

The BK'Art group was born with the purchase last July of Alket Editions and GB Façonnage, both located in Angoulême. Alket Editions is a graphic studio that creates and realizes graphic projects and then takes care of their production.

" ?L 'Alket Editions' interest, apart from the creative and artistic sense that emerges from it, is to manage the production of graphic projects and to have them produced within the group. Only the printing is subcontracted to partners sélectionnés?" explains Laurent Becquart.

As for GB Façonnage, it is a company focused on printers as well as Pyrénées Dorure Découpe, which carries out the shaping and volume setting of printed documents: glued square back, Singer stitching, assembly-stitching, folding, re-folding, cutting ..

Realization GB Shaping

A clientele from north to south

BK'Art has a customer base that stretches from Nantes to Marseille, 90% of which is made up of printers (with the exception of Cognac Emballages Services, which has a specific customer base). The creation of the group will enable, in addition to better cohesion in communication, to broaden the customer base of the different companies - customers of one entity can more easily become customers of another entity - and will also give the group a favorable influence in purchasing negotiations.

The group plans to invest in GB Façonnage in the near future. "?Des investment projects are being studied to improve the types of services we can provide to printers in converting, as well as in strengthening our capacity at production?" explains Laurent Becquart.
