In addition to a dedicated sales team, a loyalty program, tailor-made services and the 20% discount on the catalogue, the printer will soon offer a multi-point delivery service, as well as an express quote on specific print jobs.
In addition, in order to provide its customers with greater flexibility during this particular period of health crisis, PrintOclock has just implemented payment in 3 installments on the site.
A new sales team
Since January, a new sales team of three people has been fully dedicated to customer support and requests for tailor-made quotes. This new team completes the customer relations team, bringing to ten the number of people dealing with the various requests on a daily basis.
PrintOclock also announced the adoption of a plan of 20 CSR commitments based on four main areas: climate transition, local production, ethics and well-being at work, and support for artists and entrepreneurs.
Founded in 2008, PrintOclock specialises in digital printing and finishing. The printing company, which is positioned on the discount printing market, has its production workshop in Toulouse.
