Belgian publisher Dataline gets its hands on Insad Grafisch

?Dataline continues its European growth.

Things are happening in the world of logiciels?! After the acquisition of Hybrid Software by Global Graphics It is now the turn of the Belgian publisher Dataline to get its hands on a competitor, the Dutch company Insad Grafisch.

With its production management software Drumis, Insad Grafisch has more than 150 customers in the printing industry. With this acquisition, Dataline, developer of MultiPress, ERP/MIS software for the graphic industry, which displays 1?000 licensees in 25 countries, strengthens its position on the Dutch market and continues its European growth.

"Following the death of Insad's founder, Gerard van Helsdingen (end 2018, editor's note), it was necessary to find a strong partner to ensure the continuity of the company. It was therefore logical to enter into discussions with Dataline." explains Insad Grafisch.

"Acquisitions are part of our European strategic growth plans, explains Dirk Deroo, CEO of Dataline. In 2021, we continue to review a number of acquisition files from MIS/ERP software vendors in the graphic industry that, like Dataline, are strongly oriented towards customer satisfaction and quality, and have competent and motivated employees".

Dataline will continue to support the Drumis software. A migration process to MultiPress will be put in place, which will include conversion, training and service.
