After the PageWide T700i hP is once again expanding its PageWide T line of rotary inkjet presses with the Pagewide T485 HD. Designed to offer offset-like quality, this 42-inch PageWide web press is designed to meet a wide range of applications on coated and uncoated papers, from 40 to 350 g/m 2 .
"These applications go beyond traditional direct mail and books and can include flyers, brochures, self-mailers, posters, banners, journals, magazines, catalogs and newspapers." says the American manufacturer.
This press operates with HP Brilliant ink, which offers a wider color gamut and can print directly on coated and uncoated offset media. It reaches 244 m/min in monochrome and in color in Performance mode. More than 400,000 pages per hour in color can be printed.

Existing PageWide T400 series presses can be upgraded to the HP PageWide Web Press T485 HD with HP Brilliant Ink.
