A 16-page rotary press installed at Hélio Print

Hélio Print of the Riccobono Imprimeurs group installs a second Rotoman to enrich its offer.

Early next year, Riccobono Imprimeurs' Mary-sur-Marne site, the Hélio Print printing plant, will start production of a 16-page Rotoman rotary press from Manroland. The company, which employs 200 people, is one of the 13 production sites of the Riccobono Imprimeurs group. Equipped with rotogravure and offset printing, the Seine-et-Marne printing plant produces magazines, leaflets and catalogs ranging from 4 to 132 pages as well as covers.

Thanks to this new web press with an acrylic coating unit, Helio Print will be able to offer covers with high added value. The German manufacturer's web press will also be dedicated to small paginations. In addition to this coating unit, the Manroland is configured in five color units, and is equipped with the manufacturer's inline density control system (IDC or InlineDensity Control), two output stackers from Recmi and a flatbed output.

"This press being of the same generation as the Rotoman already in production, it will allow, among other things, a harmonization of the printing tools, an essential industrial rationalization as well in terms of internal operation as on subjects of follow-up of suppliers and after-sales service" says, in a press release, its parent company Riccobono Imprimeurs.
