After publisher Hybrid Software or the cTP manufacturer Lüscher Technologies fujifilm continues to forge partnerships, announcing an agreement with Infigo, a specialist in cloud-based web-to-print and marketing automation solutions.
This new partnership will enable the American digital press manufacturer to offer a complete range of web-to-print solutions and services on its latest machine, the Jet Press FP790 fujifilm's first digital press for flexible packaging.
Infigo explains that it is seeing an increase in demand for microdrawings from its customers. "We call this phenomenon 1,000,000 x 1 rather than 1x1,000,000", explains Christopher Minn, Infigo's International Marketing Manager.
And for Infigo's International Sales Director, Paul Bromley, digital printing solutions are the perfect answer to this need for short runs.
"The collaboration between Infigo and Fujifilm represents a decisive step in redefining the future of printing and marketing technology. By combining our respective strengths, we will provide a range of tailor-made solutions enabling printers to streamline their processes, cut costs and reduce their carbon footprint, he explains. All this will give companies the flexibility to create, manage and deliver dynamic print and marketing materials."
Ralf Petersen, workflow and packaging solutions consultant at Fujifilm EMEA, comments: "Infigo is an industry-renowned web-to-print software provider and the ideal partner to maximize the potential of our new digital flexible packaging offering."
