Konica Minolta Unveils New Label Press, AccurioLabel 400

The AccurioLabel 400 is a faster, more versatile and automated toner label press than the previous models in the AccurioLabel line.

Today, at its label and packaging event in Madrid from May 30 to June 3, Konica Minolta introduced the AccurioLabel 400 for the first time.

Available from the first quarter of 2023, this digital toner press for paper and film labels is dedicated to medium and high volume converters. Available in 4 and 5 colors, it is compatible with two widths, 250 and 330 mm.

With an even longer parts life, this AccurioLabel offers a lower total cost of ownership "extremely competitive" according to its manufacturer. The press allows new applications thanks to its white toner.
It also features higher print speeds - 39.9 meters per minute - than the previous model, the AccurioLabel 230 (23.4 meters per minute).

The AccurioLabel 400 is also equipped with the Intelligent Quality Care IQ-520, which monitors white toner opacity and color stability in real time, automates image positioning and registration, and performs color calibration and profiling.

Another novelty: this press is controlled by touch screens located in three different areas so that it is always within reach of the operator.

Owners of the AccurioLabel 230 will be able to upgrade their press with this new model.

This year, Konica Minolta celebrated the 1,000th installation of the AccurioLabel 230 toner-based digital printing press, which was launched less than seven years ago.
