Mimaki increases the productivity of its JFX600-2513 flatbed table

In addition to a larger consumable capacity, this new external ink system comes with several productivity-enhancing features.

New option for Mimaki's JFX600-2513 UV led flatbed printer. Equipped with one-liter ink tanks, the 250 cm x 130 cm printer of the Japanese manufacturer can be equipped with an external ink supply system of three liters.

In addition to the reduced ink refill frequency, this system also allows the machine to be replenished with ink during a print run.

Mark Sollman, Mimaki Europe product manager, states: "With this new three-liter ink system, JFX600-2513 customers can further minimize downtime and accelerate delivery times, especially within higher-volume printing environments, helping them increase efficiency, versatility and profitability."

Mimaki has also equipped the system with an automatic white ink circulation device, eliminating manual mixing. And weight sensors show operators the ink levels in the JFX600-2513.

This new ink capacity will enhance the functions of the Mimaki MDL control. This control, which enables automated operation of printing processes, will ensure extended print sessions.

Mark Sollman, points out: "Being able to better connect technology, make it more intuitive and allow for a seamless and more efficient transition from the time a customer places an order to delivery clearly has long-term business benefits. An automated workflow allows printers to improve their production processes, thereby reducing delivery times and giving them more production capacity to satisfy more customers."
