The Revoria EC1100 and Revoria SC170/180, Fujifilm's new toner presses

Fujifilm expands its range of toner press solutions with the launch of two new models.

Two new toner presses from Fujifilm arrive on the European market. These new models, the Revoria EC1100 and Revoria SC170/180, are versatile 2400 dpi mid-range presses, positioned in terms of price and productivity between the manufacturer's flagship press the Revoria PC1120 and the ApeosPro C.

The Revoria EC1100, for versatile work in a short space of time

The Revoria EC1100 toner press is capable of high-resolution printing at high speeds, up to 100 ppm.
It offers a wide range of applications thanks to its various finishing options (cover or sheet insertion, stapling, tri-fold, trimming, square back...) and its compatibility with both thin and thick, coated and uncoated substrates. The Revoria EC1100 toner press handles A4 sheets from 52 to 300 g/m 2 and long paper up to 350 g/m 2 and up to 330 x 1200 mm.

The Revoria EC1100 features 10-bit processing for up to 1,024 halftones (instead of the 256 obtained with an 8-bit system). Fujifilm's toner press offers a print resolution of 2,400 dpi.

Fujfilm's Revoria SC180, a versatile and compact toner press

The Revoria SC170/180 is a more compact printer. Capable of printing at speeds of 80 ppm for the SC 180 and 70 ppm for the SC170, this press is also compatible with a wide range of paper weights and formats. For example, it can print A4 sheets from 52 to 220 g/m 2 and banner formats up to 350 g/m 2 and up to 1,200 x 330 mm.
The Revoria SC170 and SC 180 also offer 2,400 dpi print resolution.
Various shaping options are also available.

Taro Aoki, Head of Digital Press Solutions at Fujifilm Europe, points out that Fujifilm has 60 years' experience in developing toner technologies. He states: "Although we appear to be a new player in the market from a European perspective, we have immense technological expertise to draw on." And adds: "With our solution b2 Jet Press 750S inkjet and our range of inkjet print bars that can be added at a later date, we now offer production equipment ranging from entry-level to the highest levels of quality and productivity available on the market."

The new presses will be on display at Fujifilm Print Experience Center, located in Ratingen, Germany, and in demonstration centers in other European countries, notably Spain and the UK.
