Faguier Print invests in a StitchLiner Mark III Horizon

The printer opted for this new stitcher-assembler with the increase in production capacity as a key criterion.

The Faguier Print & Pack printing plant in Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne (53) has acquired a new StitchLiner Mark III Horizon stitching machine in order to increase its production capacity.

6000 brochures per hour

The company specialises in offset printing for corporate and community communication, large format printing for all media for events, digital printing and packaging. With this investment, the company wanted to achieve significant time savings in order to meet demand with "?délais always more courts?".

Pierrick Lemarchand, Associate Technical Director, explains :

" ?Dans our development, it is crucial to increase our production capacity towards brochures and catalogues. This new assembling machine allows us to work on Italian style formats as well as to crease the covers .?»

Soon to be 40 years old

The Faguier printing works, which will celebrate its fortieth anniversary in September 2020, was taken over in 2018 by two former employees, Stéphane Mignot and Pierrick Lemarchand, following the retirement of company founder Serge Faguier. They have since been joined by Denis Auguste, Director of the Packaging-Associated Design Office. The company now has 17 employees.
