The ZT-1900, Roland DG's high productivity Texart textile printer

This 190 cm wide printer reaches a printing speed of 150 m2/h in production mode.

Roland DG launches a new CMYK digital textile printer. The ZT-1900 is the largest and most productive of its Texart range. This thermal dye sublimation printer is designed for fashion, sportswear, interior decoration and signage applications on flexible media.

The Texart ZT-1900 printer, with four Kyocera print heads with two nozzle lines, has a width of 190 cm and a printing speed of 220 m 2 /h in draft mode and 150 m 2 /h in production mode and can produce continuously for 24 hours.

The printer also handles coated, uncoated and lightweight paper (over 18 g/m2) and large rolls of paper up to 450 kg. Its integrated control software allows you to restart printing files easily, with the same settings.

"The ZT-1900 is ideal for dye-sublimation printer users looking to increase their production, but also for companies currently using analogue methods who wish to switch to digital printing with a system that offers high productivity and quality, says Paul Willems, Director Business Development and Product Management EMEA. The profitability and low operating costs of the Texart ZT-1900 will also be of interest to all printers operating with reduced margins."
