"The EFI Pro 30h hybrid led entry-level production printer is strategically positioned to deliver superior image quality, versatility and productivity at a competitive price, presented Thomas Krumm, EFI's production manager. It prints on a wide variety of substrates for a wide variety of applications and is intended for commercial printers, sign makers and in-plant printing departments."
The large format printer, which reaches 230 m 2 /h, is configured as standard in CMYK plus two white ink channels. Varnish channels can be added to create glossy images and special effects.
It can print on flat media up to 5 cm thick," says Tiffany Bisson, manager of EFI's Manchester experience center in the United States.
The manufacturer also highlights the Pro 30h's continuous print capability, a feature available as standard that allows for quick changes in flatbed media sizes. The EFI Pro 30h machine also features a dual-roll printing function for higher throughput, and it is designed to alternate between rigid and flexible substrates easily.
The EFI Pro 30h led should be available by the end of the first half of this year. In France, the EFI brand is distributed by Club Groupe.
