At the Fespa 2022 trade show currently taking place in Berlin, Fujifilm unveiled the Acuity Prime L, the third model in its Acuity Prime line of UV LED print tables.
"Last year, when we launched the Acuity Prime (with Prime 20 and 30, Editor's note) this was both a new step and a new beginning for Fujifilm. With the introduction of the Prime L model, the Acuity Prime range becomes even more versatile. And what better place than at Fespa to show what we can do? says Anda Baboi, marketing director of Fujifilm Wide Format Inkjet Systems.
The Acuity Prime L is the largest and fastest flatbed in the range with a printing area of 3euros200 mm x 2euros000 mm and a maximum printing speed of 202 m 2 /h. The Acuity Prime L has six suction zones and 16 support positioning tabs.
It is available with up to seven ink channels (CMYK, white, clear and primer) and allows for side-by-side printing with its dual zone feature.
This range works with Uvijet HM inks that are compatible with a wide range of substrates, while producing an extended color gamut. "These new inks are optimized to produce vivid, high-quality images, day after day." says Fujifilm.
Fujifilm has also developed a new primer for particularly difficult substrates that makes offline pretreatment unnecessary.
According to Anda Baboi, the Acuity Prime L "offers exceptional value, versatility and ease of use, not to mention the best return on investment in the market."
The Acuity Prime L will be available in late 2022.
