World premiere: Vanguard unveils VK3220T-HS flatbed at Fespa

With 15 Kyocera inkjet printheads, Vanguard's next-generation VK3220T-HS UV flatbed printer achieves a resolution of 1,800 dpi and a speed of 360 m2/hr.

At the Fespa 2023 trade fair currently taking place in Munich, Germany, visitors can discover the brand new Vanguard UV flatbed, the VK3220T-HS, in hall A2 stand A10. This presentation, a world premiere, also marks the official launch of the new product design of the American manufacturer and subsidiary of Durst.

Designed and assembled at Vanguard Europe's headquarters in Brixen, Italy, the new Vanguard VK3220T-HS is a 3.2 x 2 meter modular flatbed printer, CMYK plus optional light C, light M, white and varnish.

Equipped with up to three rows of five Kyocera printheads offering a print resolution of 1800 dpi, this printing machine can operate at a speed of 360 m 2 /h. In production mode, its speed is 162 m 2 /h and in high quality mode 52 m 2 /h.

The VK3220T-HS can handle a variety of substrates such as acrylic panels, corrugated cardboard, PVC, corrugated polypropylene (Coroplast), brick, canvas, brushed aluminum, wood and leather up to 10 cm thick.
