Italian manufacturer Durst adds a new printer to its large-format portfolio. The Durst P5 350 HS hybrid printing system is joined by the faster P 5 350 HSR roll-to-roll model.
This 3.5-meter-wide UV CMYK LED printer achieves an impressive print speed of 670 m 2 per hour.
Light cyan, light magenta, white and varnish ink channels can be added to this machine.
For long, uninterrupted production cycles, the P5 350 HSR is equipped with an optional roll feeder compatible with coils weighing up to 1,000 kg (vs
280 kg standard) and a diameter of 635 mm (350 mm standard). A double-roller option up to 162.5 cm wide is also available.
Thanks to an integrated mesh printing system, the Durst P5 350 HSR offers ink-dust-free processing on mesh and perforated materials.
The solution also enables quick and easy material changeover, which can be performed by a single operator. Efficiency can be further enhanced by optional vertical and horizontal cutting units, which operate in parallel with the printing process.
