Foxprint has acquired a new Summa F1612 cutting table, capable of handling a wide range of materials and types of cut with great precision. Thanks to its tangential modules, the Summa F1612 can cut and mill a wide range of materials, enabling Foxprint to carry out signage and communication projects in-house. The Summa F1612 is equipped with the OPOS-CAM system, which uses a camera for precise optical registration, facilitating routing on rigid and flexible substrates. This cutting table allows up to three tools to be inserted simultaneously, with rapid changeover and automatic recognition, for increased productivity.

ProPlan (92) strengthens its position with the purchase of a reconditioned swissQprint flatbed table

Laurent Gusmann, CEO of ProPlan, has chosen to invest in a reconditioned Nyala LED flatbed printer from swissQprint. By opting for this high-precision equipment, the company aims to increase its productivity, reintegrate all its flatbed printing and conquer new premium markets. The installation of the Nyala has enabled ProPlan to increase its printing speed fivefold and improve the quality of its renderings, thus meeting the demanding requirements of its customers within a short timeframe. With a 3.20 x 2-meter table, four CMYK heads, light cyan, magenta inks, and varnish and white options, the Nyala offers speeds of 100 m²/h (50 m²/h in high quality) on a variety of substrates, including forex and dibond.

OTT Imprimeurs SAS reinforces the automation of its workshop with a Komori GL-840P Advance 8-color press equipped with advanced technologies. This new press, equipped with an H-UV Led system, cameras for inspection and colorimetry (PQA-S), asynchronous plate setting (A-APC), simultaneous washes (Parallel Control) and Auto-Pilot for in-line control, marks the third GL-40 Advance press installed at OTT in two and a half years. A step forward that underlines the solid partnership between OTT Printers and Komori.

Imprimerie Léridon (53) reinforces its fleet with a Konica Minolta AccurioPress C12000e digital press

Léridon is investing in digital technology with the installation of a Konica Minolta AccurioPress C12000e, capable of producing 120 pages per minute and printing on substrates up to 450 g/m². Equipped with the IQ501 for precise control of register and colorimetry, the machine also incorporates a banner magazine for formats up to 900 mm in length.

Dubond Imprimeur (66) boosts label production with a Konica Minolta AccurioLabel 400

Dubond Imprimeur, located in the Pyrénées-Orientales region of France, has added a Konica Minolta AccurioLabel 400 digital press to its adhesive label printing range. With a speed of 40 meters per minute, this press is the most productive in its range. It replaces a semi-rotary letterpress and complements the Epson SurePress, now dedicated to very short runs. Managed by Lionel Dufaut, the company collaborates with Publi Quercy, in Cahors (46), also digitally equipped. Together, the two sites employ twelve people and generate sales of 1.8 million euros.
