Roland DG Launches EJ-640 Deco Printer for Home Decorating

Designed specifically for the interior decoration market, the EJ-640 DECO uses aqueous inks that are compatible with indoor use in all types of premises.

Roland DG is now launching its latest printer on the market: the EJ-640 Deco printer with water-based ink. This 1615 cm wide model is designed for the interior decoration market.

Its manufacturer advises it for the printing of personalized products such as coated, uncoated wallpapers or those made with recycled paper, lampshades, blinds, posters, as well as stand decorations or outdoor promotional products.

Roland DG's water-based EJ-640 Deco quick-drying inks have achieved the highest AgBB (AA+) rating for indoor air quality and can therefore be used in all types of premises, even the most sensitive (e.g. hospitals). These inks do not require any degassing and allow same-day printing and processing.

"With low production costs and impressive versatility, the EJ-640 Deco offers exceptional and durable print quality on a wide variety of media. It's the printer the market has been waiting for" says Paul Willems, Head of Business Development and Product Management for Roland DG EMEA.
