Vanguard's VKR3200-HS printer unveiled at Fespa 2024

With its Kyocéra KJ4A heads, this 3.2-meter LED-UV machine from Vanguard achieves speeds of 317 m2 per hour on flexible substrates.

Vanguard Europe, part of the Durst Group, is exhibiting the Vanguard VKR3200-HS for the first time at the Fespa Global 2024 show, which runs until March 22 in Amsterdam.
very large-format roll-to-roll printer, this 3.2-meter-wide led-UV machine is designed for printing wallpaper, window film, textile materials (including mesh), pvc and other flexible and porous materials.

Equipped with four Kyocera KJ4A heads, dual-channel heads allowing two colors to be applied at the same time, the VKR3200-HS printer prints in CMYK plus white, light C and light M As an option, the number of heads can be doubled, enabling the machine to double its speed to 317 m 2 per hour.

The VKR3200-HS comes as standard with water-cooled LED curing lamps and dual-roll printing capability, allowing two rolls up to 1.6 meters in length and 40 cm in diameter to be processed.

The small size of the 4 to 12 picoliter ink droplets produced by Kyocera KJ4A heads "guarantees tight dot placement for brilliant printing on flexible substrates" says Vanguard.

The VKR3200-HS also inaugurates the new design of Vanguard's range of roll-to-roll machines.

Like all Vanguard Europe machines, the VKR3200-HS is designed in the USA and assembled at the Durst Group's European headquarters in Brixen, Italy.
