PrintFlux, time saving and security in the ordering process

The association Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque raises funds to operate on children with heart disease who do not have the opportunity to do so in their own country. In 2013, it entrusted the implementation of an online sales platform for associative greeting cards to PrintFlux, a Web-to-print specialist. Its objectifs?? Raising funds for children

The Association Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque - founded in 1996 - is specialized in pediatric cardiac surgery. Every year, it enables cardiac children living in countries without the means to operate to come to France for treatment. Twenty years ago, the association launched solidarity greeting cards and today, 10 cardiac children are saved each year with the profits from sales.

We're committed to respecting this ratio and limiting production costs."

To limit these additional operating costs, Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque decided, in 2013, to entrust the implementation of an online ordering platform to PrintFlux, a Web-to-Print specialist.

Greeting card sales are seasonal - " the activity starts in September and finishes at several hundred orders a day in December"." details Laure. " For four months, the activity was intense and would have required the reinforcement of the team. If we hadn't implemented PrintFlux, we wouldn't have been able to set up this project ."

"The PrintFlux platform allows us to sell greeting cards through modern and practical tools. Our customers - for the majority of professionals - can order their greeting cards online, independently, by logging on to the site. They choose their personalization, make the payment online and receive their order 3 to 5 days later" explains Laure.

"For us internally, it's a real time-saver. Once the order has been validated, it is automatically forwarded to our printing partner. The administrative and order processing costs are therefore very low."

Invoicing can also be generated by PrintFlux and automatically sent to the customer by e-mail. In addition, the economic advantage of the cloud is obvious, as it includes improvements, software upgrades, flexibility and speed as well. The result is better control of expenses.
